Meet Zoey & Phoebe! Zoey is an Australian Shepherd with a heart big enough to love just about everyone, but there's one little dog who holds a very special place in it...her best friend and sister, Phoebe the Mini Dachshund!! From adventures and mischief to full-on wrestling matches, they do just about everything together! And with their recent addition (since writing this blog) of Beanz, another SSH Aussie, the household is full of love and doggie fun!

My sister is my best friend! She may have thought I was just another squeaky toy when I first came home, but I've loved her from day one. Every time we see each other, we get SO excited. I start doing my happy spins, and she jumps around barking.
🐾 Favorite Memory with My Family and/or Phoebe so Far?
My parents joke that I begin each day fresh and with SO much joy, so I would say this morning playing with Phoebe after my morning walk.

I spin when I'm happy (actually a trait that a lot of my fur-siblings have out there from Star and Oakley litters!!), when you ask me to do something, and when I want a snack. It's my default response for almost anything.

I cry a lot when I don't get my way and am a bit of a drama queen.

My mom and dad say I'm the happiest pup to ever exist. I absolutely love everyone; I don't know what a stranger is. If we meet, there is a good chance you're getting lots of kisses, whether you want them or not. I may not know many tricks or have much patience, but my parents say every day, "Zoey doesn't have bad days," and I think they're right!
🐾 What Were The Top Reasons You Chose SSH as Your Breeder?
One of the first things that drew us to SSH was the incredible preparation and training they provide before their puppies go to their forever homes. Meeting the parent dogs, attending the puppy meet-and-greets, and seeing firsthand the loving, well-maintained environment they all live in made us feel completely confident that SSH was the right breeder for us. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience, from bringing home our puppy to the ongoing support and communication we've received ever since. Their dedication doesn't end when you take your puppy home, and that level of care is truly exceptional. In our experience, the attention, commitment, and genuine love they have for their dogs is unmatched.
